At Small Bacteria, we are committed to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and reliability. We partner with Royal Mail for the majority of UK deliveries and work with established courier services for larger or heavier consignments. For international orders, we utilise a combination of Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, and other trusted couriers. Should you have a preferred courier, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Orders are typically processed and shipped the next working day.

United Kingdom

  • Complimentary Standard Delivery on all orders over £75

  • Standard Delivery (2–5 working days): £5.00 for orders under £75

Europe & Rest of the World

  • FedEx/DHL Tracked International Delivery (3–5 working days): £12–£30, depending on destination and parcel weight

  • EU destinations include: Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands & Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), and Sweden

United States

  • FedEx/DHL Tracked International Delivery (2–5 working days): £28 (up to 2kg)

Import Duty & Taxes (Outside the UK)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

  • Import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes may be applied by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the relevant customs authority before the parcel can be released.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimates of these fees in advance, as they vary by country.
